Abraham Simon, LL.B. (Tel Aviv, 1973), was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1974 after serving a clerkship at Sochowalski Law Firm, Tel Aviv, where he also practiced law for two years. He was appointed a notary in 1989. Practice areas: real estate law, town planning, tax planning for real estate transactions, estates. Abraham Simon is noted for his work with building contractors and developers of commercial and residential buildings, from initial planning through final ownership rights at the Land Registry Office. Proceedings before various courts have resulted in land tax precedents.
